Job description

As part of the development of its activities and the strengthening of its teams, the Mövenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech is recruiting an Outlet Manager.

Main missions

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the point of sale.

Supervise, train and motivate the team in order to maintain a high level of quality of service.

Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, by effectively meeting their needs.

Guarantee compliance with service, hygiene and safety standards.

Participate in the development of offers and menus in collaboration with the kitchen and the F&B department.

Manage schedules, productivity and operational costs.

Monitor and analyze performance indicators (sales, customer satisfaction, profitability).

Develop commercial actions and partnerships to increase the reputation of the outlet.

Desired profile

Degree in hospitality and catering, management or equivalent field.

Proven experience in team management in the restaurant or hotel industry.

Excellent customer service and operational management skills.

Good knowledge of administrative and financial management.

Proficiency in computer tools and cash register/management systems (POS).

Fluency in French and English (another language is an asset).

Natural leadership, attention to detail, dynamism and ability to inspire teams.

Results orientation and ability to work in a demanding environment.
