• Supervise and monitor daily operations across all assigned branches.
• Oversee inventory levels across all branches to ensure product availability and prevent stock outs or overstocking.
• Monitor stock movements and ensure accurate record-keeping in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with the supply chain/warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment of goods.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, reduce shrinkage, and optimize stock turnover.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and display of products in all branches.
• Drive continuous improvements in service quality, operational standards, and efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics (sales, customer satisfaction, productivity, etc.).
• Lead, motivate, and develop Branch Managers and their teams to achieve set objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching/training.
• Ensure all branches deliver excellent customer service and experience.
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them promptly.
• Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee branch budgets, expenses, and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare regular performance reports, and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure effective cost management and resource optimization.
