- Strategy & Analysis: Proven expertise in developing backlink strategies and performing in-depth competitor backlink analysis.
- SEO Proficiency: Solid understanding of how backlinks influence SEO, organic traffic, and ranking factors. Familiarity
- Outreach & Negotiation: Exceptional research, outreach, and negotiation skills; capable of building long-term partnerships.
- Workflow Management: Ability to streamline and automate link-building processes.
Soft Skills:
- Analytical mindset with strict attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- Strong self-organization and a focus on delivering results.
- Resilience in handling rejections and objections.
- Strong commitment to a "Quality over Quantity" approach.
- Preparedness for a consistent, daily outreach workflow.
Technical Stack
Outreach/CRM: Experience using automation tools such as BuzzStream, Pitchbox, Hunter.io, or similar CRM platforms.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B Outreach, Link Building, Digital PR.
- English: B2+ level or higher, with strong command of both written and verbal communication for negotiation purposes.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have)
- Regional Experience: Previous work experience targeting the MENA region.
- Platform Specifics: Hands-on experience executing campaigns on Reddit and HARO (Help a Reporter Out).
