Package Engineer TAMAS PROJECTS COMPANY - LLC

To manage and coordinate all technical and commercial aspects of subcontractor packages, ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedules, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Review and approve subcontractor technical submittals, drawings, and documentation. Ensure subcontractor designs comply with project specifications, codes, and standards. Coordinate technical interfaces between subcontractors and other disciplines. Monitor and track technical deviations and ensure timely resolution. Manage the full lifecycle of assigned subcontract packages from award to close-out. Administer subcontracts including scope of work, variations, and change orders. Review and process subcontractor invoices and payment certificates. Maintain subcontract registers, logs, and correspondence records. Identify and manage contractual risks and claims. Monitor subcontractor progress against approved schedules. Review subcontractor look-ahead plans and recovery schedules. Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients. Coordinate with the Planning Engineer on schedule updates. Attend and chair progress meetings with subcontractors. Ensure subcontractors comply with the project Quality Management System (QMS). Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and testing activities. Enforce HSE requirements and ensure subcontractors follow safety plans. Review and approve subcontractor Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
