Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Packing Machine Operation

  • Operate assigned packing machines including weighing, sealing, vacuum/MAP packing, labeling, and conveyors. - Perform correct machine start-up, changeover, and shutdown as per SOPs and Work Instructions (WI). - Ensure correct product setup, weight accuracy, labeling, and packaging materials according to production orders. - Continuously monitor machine performance and packed product quality.

Packing Process Support

  • Support packing operations related to cutting, deboning, portioning, and portion packing. - Ensure smooth product flow from processing lines to packing and cold storage areas. - Handle poultry products hygienically to prevent contamination or quality deterioration. - Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned work area.

Machine Troubleshooting & Maintenance Support

  • Perform first-level troubleshooting for minor machine stoppages and operational issues. - Identify abnormalities and promptly report issues to the Packing Foreman or Maintenance team. - Assist Maintenance during breakdown repairs, calibration, and preventive maintenance activities. - Help minimize downtime through proactive monitoring and correct machine handling.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum High School Certificate / Secondary School Certificate

  • Technical or vocational training in food processing or machinery operation is an advantage

  • Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in poultry or food processing packing operations.

  • Practical exposure to cutting, deboning, portion packing, and packing line operations.

  • Awareness of Linco systems or similar poultry processing and packing technologies is preferred.

  • Experience working in UAE or GCC food manufacturing environments is an advantage.
