Roles & Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze packaging line performance to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support the development and implementation of new packaging systems and improvement projects.
  • Coordinate with project, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of engineering deliverables.
  • Supervise packaging hall operations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Lead the introduction of new systems and development initiatives within the packaging area.
  • Support continuous improvement programs focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and quality enhancement.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of PCP (Process Control Plan) and ISPC (In-Station Process Control) preparation and application.
  • Experience in root cause analysis and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

The Packing Process Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and improving packaging operations for both Tableware and Container product lines.

This role focuses on analyzing packaging line performance, resolving process-related issues, and implementing improvement projects to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
