Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and address any member concerns or complaints promptly
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the padel courts and surrounding facilities
Ensure all equipment and amenities are in optional condition
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance and supply of equipment
Recruit, train and supervise staff including coaches, and administrative staff
Develop work schedules and monitor staff performance
Foster a positive and motivating work environment
Manage membership services
Oversee member engagement activities
Plan and execute tournaments, leagues and special events to promote the club
Collaborate with local organizations and sponsors for event partnerships
Manage event logistics, marketing activities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones
Utilize social media and other digital platforms
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Prepare and manage the budget of the Club
Monitor revenue expenses ensuring financial targets are met
Handle invoicing, billing and inventory count
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
