Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ad Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels

  • Monitor and adjust ad placements to remain within defined budget guidelines

  • Track campaign performance and make adjustments to improve ROI and conversion metrics

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports

  • Use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness

  • Identify performance trends and adjust strategies accordingly

Optimization & Testing

  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization initiatives to improve ad performance

  • Continuously refine ads based on performance metrics to ensure efficient budget usage

  • Ensure campaigns remain aligned with overall marketing objectives

Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative and strategy teams to optimize ad creatives for target audiences

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align paid advertising efforts with broader marketing goals

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in paid advertising

  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns

  • Experience working with multiple paid advertising platforms

Skills

  • Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools, including Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta s Conversions API

  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid ad platforms

  • Familiarity working with CRM systems

  • Strong ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

  • High level of motivation, curiosity, professionalism, and attention to detail
