Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our Beirut team on-site. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms to drive measurable results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPA, CTR, and other KPIs.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with design teams to create compelling ad creatives.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
Requirements:
- 4 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
