Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Paid Media Specialist will execute, manage, analyze, and optimize paid media campaigns across key digital platforms, primarily Meta and Google. This role requires strong hands-on experience with campaign performance analysis, conversion optimization, and Shopify-based e-commerce environments to improve return on ad spend and support customer acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities Paid Media Campaign Execution & Optimization
Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other performance marketing channels.
Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and overall campaign efficiency.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify high-performing variations.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure spend aligns with performance targets and business goals.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.
Monitor key performance metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve customer acquisition efficiency.
E-commerce Growth Support
Support customer acquisition efforts through paid media strategies aligned with e-commerce conversion funnels.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives align with brand messaging and campaign goals.
Assist in testing new campaign formats, audience segments, and advertising channels to improve reach and performance.
Collaboration & Marketing Support
Work closely with marketing and creative teams to align campaign execution with broader marketing initiatives.
Ensure campaigns launch on schedule and follow performance marketing best practices.
Stay updated on advertising platform features, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client s time zone.
Qualifications Experience
2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns for e-commerce brands, preferably within consumer products.
Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Experience conducting A/B testing and campaign optimization to improve performance outcomes.
Skills
Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPC.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
Experience with Shopify store management, analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
Understanding of e-commerce customer acquisition funnels and digital marketing strategy.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify optimization opportunities.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
