Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Paid Media Specialist will own inbound and paid lead generation across two established digital marketing brands. The Paid Media Specialist will design, launch, and optimize campaigns that drive qualified leads while collaborating with marketing, content, and leadership teams to turn interest into measurable growth. This role combines strategy and execution within a fast-moving environment where data, creativity, and impact are equally valued.
Key Responsibilities

Own the full lead generation funnel, from paid media through inbound nurture and CRM handoff.

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and additional platforms.

Develop and refine inbound systems including landing pages, forms, automations, and lead scoring models.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with content and creative teams to align messaging and funnel experiences.

Partner with sales to ensure smooth lead flow and accurate attribution.
Performance Tracking & Optimization

Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROI) with actionable insights.

Experiment across channels such as SEO, The Trade Desk, LinkedIn, and others to expand reach and efficiency.

Steady month-over-month growth in qualified inbound leads.

Clear attribution between campaigns, pipeline, and revenue.

Efficient, scalable lead systems prepared to support broader growth.
This role offers the chance to own demand generation from concept to conversion across two established brands. You will work with a collaborative, low-ego, results-first team, apply a unified strategic framework across multiple brands, and build the foundation for a future demand generation team as performance scales.
Desired Candidate Profile
4 7 years of experience in B2B or agency demand generation.
Experience managing Google and Meta Ads at scale, including strategy and daily optimization.
Understanding of SEO, SEM, and funnel conversion strategy.
Experience with Zoho, WordPress, and preferably The Trade Desk or similar DSPs.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Creative problem-solving and the ability to work across spreadsheets and ad platforms.
Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and take ownership of measurable results.
