Location:
Fully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Role Overview:
The Paid Media Specialist will take full ownership of digital acquisition, analytics, and retention strategies to drive measurable growth. This role combines strategic thinking with analytical rigor and creative insight, ideal for someone who thrives on optimizing campaigns and turning performance data into actionable results.

The right candidate blends creative storytelling with a data-first mindset, transforming insights into hypotheses about what drives conversions and engagement. They understand how narrative, emotion, and visual identity impact performance, and leverage those insights to build campaigns that not only scale profitably but also elevate brand equity.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media & Acquisition

  • Develop and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Lead media planning, budgeting, and pacing to drive profitable growth.
  • Run disciplined creative and audience tests to discover scalable growth opportunities.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Own reporting and analysis via Triple Whale and GA4, translating data into prioritized actions.
  • Track and improve core metrics (CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV).
  • Present weekly performance reports and clear recommendations to leadership.

Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Partner with internal teams on Klaviyo flows and loyalty program optimization.
  • Use acquisition and retention data to raise repeat purchase rates and customer lifetime value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Creative Direction

  • Work with creative to align visuals, storytelling, and performance insights.
  • Identify emerging tools, platforms, and processes to streamline marketing execution.

What Success Looks Like

  • Noticeable improvement in campaign efficiency and ROAS within 60 90 days.
  • Reports that drive strategic decisions and prioritization.
  • A clear, documented testing roadmap that produces consistent growth.
  • Seamless handoffs and strong collaboration between creative, retention, and analytics teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 5+ years in paid media or performance marketing for DTC e-commerce brands.
  • Proven success scaling campaigns for fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable growth, from early stages to multi-seven-figure scale, through hands-on testing and optimization.
  • Expertise managing campaigns across Meta and Google.
  • Strong grasp of creative testing, data interpretation, and continuous iteration.
  • Solid analytical background with experience using Triple Whale or similar tools.

Skills

  • Proficient in Shopify, Klaviyo, and analytics dashboards.
  • Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, MER, and LTV.
  • Highly detail-oriented and analytical, with strong strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Creative thinker who combines data analysis with storytelling instincts.
  • Hands-on, self-sufficient operator who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
  • Experience in light motion or animation, basic Meta Ads Manager usage, and familiarity with startup or tech-driven brand narratives is a plus.
