Job Title: Paid Social Ad Builder (Meta & TikTok)

Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Paid Social Ad Builder with a strong background in Meta advertising and familiarity with TikTok. This person will handle day-to-day ad building and management for multiple e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate understands Meta s Ads Manager inside and out, has hands-on experience building and launching campaigns at scale, and knows the difference between ad types such as static, UGC, collab posts, and whitelisted ads.

This role is for someone who lives in the ad account daily, building, organizing, and deploying campaigns with precision. Attention to detail is critical in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and launch Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads within Ads Manager following brand and campaign briefs.
  • Support the setup and testing of TikTok ads (training provided if needed).
  • Create, duplicate, and structure campaigns, ad sets, and ads according to provided strategies.
  • Ensure proper ad naming conventions, pixel tracking, and UTM tagging.
  • Manage whitelisted ad setup and collab posts.
  • Upload creative assets (static images, videos, UGC, etc.) with correct copy, headlines, and CTAs.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks before publishing to confirm all settings and placements are accurate.
  • Coordinate with the creative and strategy teams to implement new ads and tests efficiently.
  • Maintain organized account structures and documentation for all builds.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2 3+ years of Meta Ads Manager experience (building and managing e-commerce campaigns).
  • Proven track record of daily ad building and execution across multiple accounts.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Whitelisting and branded content permissions
  • Collab posts vs. standard brand posts
  • Static vs. UGC/video ad structures
  • E-commerce experience required.
  • Extremely attentive to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency in every build.
  • Comfortable following structured build processes and documentation.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads Manager is a plus but not required (training provided).

Ideal Candidate:

  • You have managed at least $20K+ in monthly ad spend across Meta accounts.
  • You are meticulous, organized, and enjoy the precision of building campaigns correctly the first time.
  • You thrive on clear direction and work efficiently within established systems.
  • You understand e-commerce brand nuances, including UGC content, product angles, and creative testing.
