Roles & Responsibilities
Painter FH
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Purpose: To paint primary parts made of composite materials to be assembled on aeronautical equipment structures intended to be installed on aircraft.
Respect the daily objectives defined by management.
Respect and apply the guidelines contained in the operating procedures.
Respects and applies the rules in terms of quality,
Works to achieve the required objectives for time, cost, quality, safety and environment
D declares non-conformities, including those found on components on which it has not intervened, through QRQC level 1.
Participates in QRQC, causal analyses
COMPETENCES SSE
Respects Health, Safety and Environment rules and participates in the implementation of the HSE Management System
Applies the procedures and instructions related to its activity,
Uses the collective or individual means of protection made available to him/her,
Reports any anomalies related to the SSE to his superiors.
Proposes guidance for improvement solutions and participates in the search for better HSE prevention.
Desired Candidate Profile
Mastery of composite materials: In-depth knowledge of fibers (carbon, glass, aramid) and resins used in aeronautics.
Surface preparation: Knowing how to sand, clean, and degrease composite surfaces to ensure good paint adhesion.
Specific paint application: Mastery of paint and varnish application techniques compatible with composites, often in a paint booth under controlled conditions.
Knowledge of curing processes: Use of tools such as ovens or UV lamps to cure certain types of coatings.
Rigour and precision: Painting in aeronautics must meet very strict standards in terms of thickness, uniformity and adhesion.
A sense of aesthetics: Clean and careful work is essential, as visual quality is also an important criterion.
Compliance with safety standards: Knowledge and strict application of safety rules, particularly for the handling of chemicals and solvents.
