Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes to ensure a smooth finish.
- Mix and match paint colors to meet specific project requirements and client preferences.
- Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision and attention to detail.
- Inspect and touch up painted surfaces to maintain high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in painting or related fields is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on painting experience in residential or commercial settings.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Knowledge of various paint types, their applications, and proper handling techniques.
