Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and a flawless finish.
  • Select and mix paints and coatings according to specifications, ensuring color accuracy and consistency in texture.
  • Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and precision in execution.
  • Inspect finished surfaces for imperfections and make necessary touch-ups to meet high-quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in painting is a plus for skill enhancement.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on painting experience, preferably in residential or commercial settings.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record, enabling travel to various job sites without hindrance.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate project execution.
