Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and a flawless finish.
- Select and mix paints and coatings according to specifications, ensuring color accuracy and consistency in texture.
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and precision in execution.
- Inspect finished surfaces for imperfections and make necessary touch-ups to meet high-quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in painting is a plus for skill enhancement.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on painting experience, preferably in residential or commercial settings.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record, enabling travel to various job sites without hindrance.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate project execution.
