What you will do

• Applies paint using a roller, hand brush, or spray gun on all types of furniture, fixtures, walls, ceilings, etc.
• Installs and repairs wallpaper throughout the property
• Patches and prepares all surfaces for paint or wallpaper, including sheetrock patches
• Refinishes all types of furniture and applies tape and drywall finish as required
• Applies acoustical ceiling finishes and other textured finishes to match
• Report to Engineering Manager of all work orders and/or projects currently being worked on, the scheduling of projects, and materials needed for such projects
• Ensures that all equipment and work areas are kept clean, neat, and orderly
• Keeps informed and updated on current techniques and technical methods
• Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention
• Advises/reports to Engineering Manager of any unusual conditions within the property
• Perform other related duties and assist other trades as requested by the Supervisor
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are performed in a timely and professional manner
• Work independently as part of our team
• Respond to emergency calls and situations
• Able to read and interpret instructions, diagrams, and drawings
• Must have the knowledge in selecting the correct tools and paints for projects
• Preparing walls and other surfaces before painting
• Knowledgeable in mixing and applying paints, varnishes, and sealants for a lasting finish
• Able to perform covering exposed objects and surfaces, using fillers such as putty and plaster to repair cracks
• Assist in what paint, brushes, and other supplies to purchase
• Collaborating with other design and construction specialists
• Complies with Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors

What we bring

• 2-4 years of experience in related field
• Excellent command in English
• Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality and have an eye to details.
