Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure a flawless finish on various materials.
- Mix paints, stains, and other materials according to specifications, ensuring color accuracy and consistency.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, demonstrating precision and skill.
- Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to specifications, making necessary touch-ups to achieve perfection.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in painting or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional painting experience, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings related to painting projects.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions, demonstrating physical resilience and adaptability.
