- Manage production activities of paint shop, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards.
- Oversee coating operations, including emulsion application and drying processes.
- Handle manpower effectively to achieve productivity targets while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with NACE 2, BGAS 2, EPC, Oil & Gas industry regulations through regular audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
