Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage painting projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of painters, providing clear instructions, training, and performance evaluations to boost team productivity.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections and prepare detailed reports on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Procure and manage painting materials and equipment, ensuring optimal inventory levels and cost-effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a solid foundation in construction principles.

  • Holds relevant certifications in painting or construction management, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards.

  • Offers a minimum of 8 years of experience in the painting industry, showcasing a proven track record of successful projects.

  • Demonstrates experience in commercial painting projects, including high-rise buildings and infrastructure projects.


Candidates must have relevant experience in Pipeline, EPC, Oil & Gas, Flowline, Brownfield, Upstream Facilities, or Wellhead projects. Preference will be given to candidates with prior Gulf experience, especially those who have worked on ADNOC projects. ✅ Clean Shave facial policy is applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro Line, Building Line, or Road Infrastructure experience are NOT eligible
