Key Results Area
Policies Processes and Procedures
• Follow all relevant plant operations processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and efficient manner.
• Adherence to the department policies, processes and procedures.
Day-to-day operations
• Follows the day-to-day operations assigned activities for the plant operations to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Smooth flow of day-to-day operations
Job Specific
Description
Key Results Area
• Monitor and maintains normal operating parameters of the plant as per established standards.
• Records specific consumption, production, inventories of product and raw materials streams.
• Closely coordinate with field operators on routine activities,
• Commissioning and de-commissioning of equipment s.
• Handle all sorts of emergencies safely as per standard operating procedures and daily orders.
• Monitor QC laboratory results and take corrective actions under supervisor s guidance.
• Minimize the flare loss and record any abnormal flaring
• Accounting Nitrogen & Fuel gas consumption and trouble shoot possible abnormalities
• Respond and trouble shoot process alarms, upset and abnormal process condition with coordination of shift supervisor and field operators.
• Check CCB safety equipment s and other systems like HVAC, UPS and Battery backups
• Initiate Safety Critical Device or Safety Equipment s defeat and checklists
• Consistency in production
• To achieve production plan as per Business plan.
• Equipment integrity and product specification maintained
• Emergencies were handled with minimum production loss
• Production maintained as per product quality
• Operation loss like slop & flaring will be minimal.
• Utilities consumption well under target
• Responding of alarm reduces trouble shooting time.
• Emergency CCB equipment healthiness maintained
Reporting, HSSE and Related Assignments

Reporting
• Prepare TGS batch reports, MIS reports in time with accurate data
• Report process abnormalities for trouble shooting
• Accurate reports to meet daily production targets.
• Key information captured accurately and presented to help trouble shooting in a timely manner
HSSEQ
• Ensures compliance to all relevant health, safety, security, and environmental procedures across the Company in order to promote a healthy and safe work environment
• Participates and supports safety programs and work permit system to determine their adequacy
• Participates in incident investigation and provide technical information as required for process, injuries etc.
• Participates in safety, health and environmental programs
• Participates in emergency response drills at the company and familiarize HSSEQ strategy.
• Healthy, secure, and safe work environment
• Compliance to all regulatory policies and procedures
• Effective implementations of safety and emergency training.
• Readiness to handle crisis

Qualifications
Academic and professional qualifications: Diploma in technical field or High school with equivalent experience
Experience
4 - 6 years of experience for Diploma holders or 6 8 years exp. For High school.
