Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Paper Cup Production Technician is responsible for setting, stabilizing monitoring, and maintaining paper cup forming machines in the highest possible performance. The role ensures product quality, minimal downtime and adherence to safety measures and daily production targets.

· change mold, set and operate paper cup/bowl forming machine.

· Identify and fix the common quality defect in paper cup forming such as (Leak , bottom folding, bottom cut Etc.).

· Identify and fix basic production issues such as paper jam, feeding problems, machine timing Etc.

· Start up, shut down, and change over the machine according to SOP.

· Assist maintenance team during preventive maintenance/breakdowns.

· Maintain daily production/quality logs: downtime minutes, and reason codes.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Diploma or technical certificate in mechanical/electrical or related field (preferred).

· On-job experience in paper cup manufacturing (1–3 years typical). (preferable in Ruida paper cup machines)

· Basic mechanical knowledge (belts, sensors, bearings, timing adjust )
