Nexus is working with a top-tier international firm in Dubai to recruit a Paralegal.
Who We're Looking For

Role Overview
Supporting the Dubai office, the Paralegal will assist with:

Responding to client queries on company/partnership formation, liquidation, and compliance

Preparing formation documents and managing post-formation filings

Drafting legal documents, agreements, and correspondence

Coordinating with international offices for document legalisation and apostille

Supporting internal administrative tasks and legal opinion preparation

Maintaining statutory registers and preparing fee breakdowns
Candidate Profile

3 4 years' experience in an international law firm or company secretarial services

Be based in Dubai already

Strong communication skills in English

Able to manage high volumes of work under pressure

Team-oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated
