Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers in preparing legal documents, contracts, case files, and reports.
- Conduct legal research on UAE laws, regulations, and case precedents.
- Organize and maintain legal files, correspondence, and documentation.
- Coordinate with government entities, courts, notaries, and external legal offices.
- Prepare summaries of cases, legal opinions, and drafts for review.
- Support in litigation tasks such as filing cases, following up on court proceedings, and preparing bundles.
- Assist in reviewing agreements and ensuring compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all legal documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must be an Emirati National (UAE National) – with a valid Family Book.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in a legal support, paralegal, or administrative legal role.
- Basic understanding of UAE laws, court procedures, and government portals.
- Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic (native) and English.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple deadlines.
