Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Properties is seeking a meticulous and organized Paralegal to join the Corporate Legal Department at its Head Office in Dubai. The role involves providing essential legal and administrative support, assisting with corporate formalities, managing legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate legal procedures and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and legal assistance to senior paralegals and legal counsels, including drafting and reviewing basic legal documents.
* Conduct legal research and retrieve case laws, statutes, and regulations as required.
* Coordinate with external law firms to obtain case status updates and prepare preliminary reports for internal review.
* Manage and organize legal and corporate documentation, ensuring safe custody of original documents such as agreements and title deeds.
* Review and prepare powers of attorney, KYC forms, and maintain an updated contract and compliance database.
* Track ongoing job requests, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on pending legal matters.
* Facilitate communication between internal teams, external law firms, and the wider MAFP legal function.
* Assist in general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and document handling while maintaining confidentiality.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in Law.
* 1 3 years of experience in a legal or paralegal role, preferably within corporate or real estate environments.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
* Moderate understanding of corporate and commercial legal procedures.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
* Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.
