Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced medical care in pre-hospital settings, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute medical conditions and traumatic injuries.
  • Administer medications, perform advanced airway management techniques, and utilize specialized equipment to stabilize patients in critical situations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and emergency medical technicians, to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Transport patients safely and efficiently to medical facilities, while continuously monitoring their condition and providing ongoing treatment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, demonstrating a solid foundation in nursing principles.
  • Holds a valid Paramedic certification and a Registered Nurse (RN) license, showcasing a dual skillset.
  • Maintains current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS), highlighting essential competencies.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-acuity emergency or critical care setting, proving practical expertise.
