Park Manager

Supervise the entire fleet (light vehicles, heavy goods vehicles, handling equipment, etc.)

• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance operations
• Manage technical and administrative vehicle files (insurance, registration documents, technical inspections, etc.)
• Set up monitoring dashboards (consumption, mileage, breakdowns, maintenance, costs)
• Organize internal or external interventions in the event of a breakdown or accident
• Optimize vehicle allocations and ensure their availability
• Supervise the team of drivers and technicians (scheduling, discipline, training)
• Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost reduction measures
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory compliance standards
• Propose areas for improvement for the performance of the vehicle fleet
• Write periodic reports for management.

Training in mechanics, logistics or fleet management.

• Significant experience of at least 5 years in a similar position and ideally in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of fleet management and maintenance tools.
• Managerial capacity, sense of organization and rigor.
• Good command of computer tools.
