Roles & Responsibilities

  • Master the art of dough preparation: Knead, rest, and roll dough to achieve the perfect texture for flaky parottas.
  • Perfect the parotta folding technique: Develop the skill to create multiple layers, ensuring the signature flakiness and texture.
  • Achieve optimal cooking on the tawa/griddle: Control heat and timing to achieve golden-brown, crispy exteriors and soft, layered interiors.
  • Maintain consistent quality: Ensure each parotta meets the restaurant's standards for size, shape, and taste, every time.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrates basic culinary knowledge, with a focus on South Indian cuisine.

  • Should have a food handler's certification.

  • Has 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
