Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• The "Face" of the Brand: You will appear in and host our social media videos (Reels/TikToks) to explain our services and introduce our team.

• Content Production: Filming, editing, and producing high-quality video content. Designing promotional flyers and digital graphics for the clinic.

• Social Media Management: Full management of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts.

• Paid Advertising: Setting up and running basic ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok to bring in new patient inquiries.

• Engagement: Responding to comments and DMs to ensure potential patients are directed to our booking team.

Required Skills

• On-Camera Confidence: You must be comfortable being the personality in our videos.

• Creative Tools: High proficiency in video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere) and design tools (Canva).

• Ad Strategy: Experience in running paid social media or Google ads.

• Self-Starter: You will manage the entire digital department independently.

• Equipment: Must have your own laptop for the remote work day.

Preferred (The "Plus" Factor)

• Experience or knowledge of Zoho CRM or any dental practice management software is a significant advantage.

• Previous experience in the dental or healthcare industry.

• Salary & Growth Plan

  • Probation (First 3 Months): 1,600 – 1800 AED per month.

    • 4 days/week (3 in-office, 1 remote).
