• Offer Professional Analysis: Deliver clear tactical analysis, player insights, and real-time match commentary during broadcasts, helping the audience appreciate not just the action but also the intricacies of the game.
• Engage and Manage the Live Stream: Actively interact with fans in the live chat, foster a vibrant viewing atmosphere, skillfully guide conversation topics, and handle various live broadcast situations.
• Conduct Pre-Match Preparation: Thoroughly research assigned matches beforehand, including team form, head-to-head records, and lineup information.

• Reliability and Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule based on match times (often evenings, weekends, and early mornings) and commit to starting streams punctually.
• Basic Equipment: Stable internet connection and clear microphone/headset for streaming.
