Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Record and maintain accurate accounting entries
Prepare and issue invoices and receipts
Monitor accounts receivable and payable
Follow up with clients on payments and outstanding invoices
Track payments and support collection activities
Maintain project-based financial records (per project tracking)
Assist in cost tracking and basic cost control reporting
Prepare periodic financial reports
Follow up with suppliers on invoices, payments, and documentation
Coordinate with procurement and project teams on supplier-related financial matters
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in accounting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Odoo or similar is a plus)
Good communication skills for client follow-up
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
