Roles & Responsibilities

Description of the accountability:

  • Identify potential partners aligned with Blu EV's growth strategy.
  • Build and maintain a qualified partner pipeline.
  • Conduct market mapping by geography, industry segment, fleet size, financing volume
  • Pitch BluEV's value proposition.
  • Structure commercial terms and partnership models.
  • Negotiate agreements in alignment with company growth objectives.
  • Coordinate internal approvals before contract finalization.
  • Identify new revenue streams.
  • Coordinate partner onboarding process, contract signing, product training, commercial activation
  • Ensure smooth go-live with clear KPIs and targets.
  • Track partner performance post-acquisition.
  • Identify underperformance early and escalate corrective actions.
  • Support expansion discussions with high-performing partners.
  • Maintain updated partner pipeline reports.
  • Provide weekly acquisition status updates.
  • Develop competitor partnership dashboard.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
