Roles & Responsibilities
Description of the accountability:
- Identify potential partners aligned with Blu EV's growth strategy.
- Build and maintain a qualified partner pipeline.
- Conduct market mapping by geography, industry segment, fleet size, financing volume
- Pitch BluEV's value proposition.
- Structure commercial terms and partnership models.
- Negotiate agreements in alignment with company growth objectives.
- Coordinate internal approvals before contract finalization.
- Identify new revenue streams.
- Coordinate partner onboarding process, contract signing, product training, commercial activation
- Ensure smooth go-live with clear KPIs and targets.
- Track partner performance post-acquisition.
- Identify underperformance early and escalate corrective actions.
- Support expansion discussions with high-performing partners.
- Maintain updated partner pipeline reports.
- Provide weekly acquisition status updates.
- Develop competitor partnership dashboard.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
