Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
2. Establish and improve reward and punishment, replacement, and bidding mechanisms to form a closed loop of assessment, rating, replacement, and bidding, ensuring the healthy development of cooperation partners and the openness, fairness, and impartiality of the system;
3. Drive the product development and iteration of merchant management system evaluations and replacement management, achieve the digitization of evaluation, replacement, and process management, and strengthen product tool support. 1. Compete with global competitors: Broaden your international business perspective and gain practical experience.
2. Collaborate with colleagues from 26 countries: Experience diverse cultures and entrepreneurial spirit in a truly international environment.

Desired Candidate Profile
1. Capable of formulating and outputting operational strategies for partner management, designing end-to-end processes including rule-making, and continuously iterating strategies based on different countries and scenarios;
2. Skilled in building rights and bidding systems for partner management, with prior experience in establishing partner rights systems and bidding systems, as well as strategy iteration being a plus;
3. Possesses deep understanding of partner management, with hands-on experience in partner management and frontline research;
4. Competent in product development and optimization for partner management, able to effectively collaborate with various departments to drive business implementation.
