Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Partner Manager is responsible for developing, nurturing, and managing relationships with strategic partners, including system integrators, technology vendors, and resellers.
Duties and Responsibilities

Partner Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned partners, acting as their primary point of contact.

Conduct regular partner reviews, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Ensure partners are aligned with the organization s strategic objectives and key initiatives.

Partner Onboarding and Enablement
-
Manage the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring compliance and readiness.

Develop and execute partner enablement plans, including training and certification programs.

Monitor partner performance and provide coaching to drive growth and efficiency.

Revenue and Performance Management

Track and report on partner-generated leads, pipeline contributions, and revenue growth.

Identify co-marketing and co-selling opportunities with partners to maximize joint success.

Collaborate with internal teams to address partner performance gaps and unlock new opportunities.

Strategic Collaboration and Solution Development

Work with partners to identify opportunities for joint solution development.

Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and presales teams to align strategies and deliver seamless customer experiences.

Drive innovation through joint initiatives, such as co-branded campaigns or solution launches.

Market Analysis and Competitive Positioning

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the partner ecosystem.

Provide actionable insights to internal teams based on competitive analysis and partner feedback.
