Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
2.Analyze and synthesize collected issues, identify areas for business enhancement, and drive improvements in business processes or product functionalities.
3.Establish relevant evaluation metrics to monitor the efficiency and quality of resolving issues reported by partners, including response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
4.Maintain consistent communication with international business teams, staying well-informed about business regulations and emerging trends.

Desired Candidate Profile
1.Proficient in Arabic&English, willing to work abroad.
2.Over two years of experience in partner service operations.
3.Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with international partners and business units.
4.Demonstrates strong self-motivation, possesses excellent learning capabilities, exhibits teamwork, and is open to challenges.
