Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • This role involves coordinating with Zoho Partners and engaging them with pre-sales technical support to Mid-market and Enterprise clients by identifying their requirements and designing a viable solution from within the companyu2019s product portfolio.
  • Deliver technical and product presentations internally and externally.
  • Deliver training.
  • Create compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation.
  • Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products.
  • Interface with the implementation/project team.
  • Articulating customer requirement, to ensure a smooth delivery transition.
  • Candidates with 2-5 years experience in IT or technical pre-sales or technical consultant roles are eligible to apply.
