Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and enhance partner and client relationships. Provide exemplary customer experiences through frequent face-to-face visits, telephone calls, and/or other modes of communication.
- Serve as the key point of contact for existing partners and clients.
- Ensure the timely delivery of services to clients using BarkB2B SLAs.
- Communicate with partners and internal team members using BarkB2B s core values.
- Resolve issues in a timely and honest manner to maintain and strengthen customer trust.
- Serve as a support function for all partner success team activities as needed.
- Attend relevant networking events.
Desired Candidate Profile
This role includes managing key partner accounts as well as managing communication and project management duties associated with ongoing shorter client projects. You will directly be reporting to the head of partner success at BarkB2B.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or any related field.
- 0-2 Years of Working Experience. (Preferably in a B2B Organization)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Arabic & English)
- Thirst for Knowledge, Plenty of Initiative & A Positive Attitude
- To LOVEEE Dealing with People from all walks of life.
