Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Partnership Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding strong relationships with channel partners, identifying revenue opportunities, and driving consistent sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong market awareness, and the ability to execute strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming sales inquiries received through various channel partners and convert them into revenue.

-Train and onboard business setup firms and new consultants to maximize their sales performance.

-Conduct regular field visits to new and existing channel partners and update meeting details with proof (photos) in ZOHO CRM.

-Achieve a minimum of 35 partner meetings per month, recorded accurately in CRM.

-Educate partners on: Company setup formation Business activities Eligibility requirements Free zone rules & regulations Terms, conditions, and any regulatory changes

-Maintain continuous communication with partners to strengthen relationships and ensure high engagement levels.

-Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and business networking platforms to expand the partner ecosystem.

-Consistently achieve monthly sales targets through structured partner engagement and pipeline management.

Desired Candidate Profile

-3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within Real Estate, Retail, SaaS, Government, Events, or Business Setup sectors.

-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

-Experience working with CRM platforms (ZOHO preferred).

-Ability to manage field visits, build partner relationships, and train external stakeholders.

-A proactive, self‑driven personality with a passion for building long‑term partnerships.
