Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Development of partnerships:

  • Identify and prospect new potential partners (companies, institutions, associations, etc.).
  • Define and implement a partnership strategy in line with the company's objectives.
  • Develop collaboration proposals tailored to the needs of the partners.

Management and monitoring of partnerships:

  • Ensure the follow-up of agreements and contractual commitments.
  • Coordinate the implementation of planned actions with partners.
  • Evaluate and analyze the performance of partnerships (KPI, reporting, reviews).

Event planning:

  • Coordinate with partners for the organization of events.
  • Ensure the logistics and smooth running of events.
  • Develop communication around events in collaboration with marketing and communication teams.

Negotiation and contractualization:

  • Conduct commercial and contractual negotiations.
  • Draft and formalize partnership agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Communication and representation:

  • Represent the company with partners and at professional events.
  • Ensure effective communication around partnerships in connection with the marketing teams.
  • Develop competitive and sector-specific monitoring to anticipate trends.
  • Vehicle (e).
  • Bac +3 and more in Commerce, Marketing or similar field.
  • Experience: 2 - 4 years in a similar position or in business development.

  • Strong persuasion and argumentation skills.
