Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Missions
- Business Development and Opportunities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for portfolio startups
- Analyze market trends and identify the needs of entrepreneurs
- Actively prospect to generate qualified leads and expand the sales network
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners
- Startup Support
- Supporting startups in their commercial and strategic development
- Analyze the specific needs of project leaders and guide them towards appropriate solutions.
- Facilitating connections between startups and strategic business partners
- Building bridges between portfolio companies and market opportunities
- Strategic Partnership Management
- Identify and establish partnerships with key players in the startup ecosystem
- Negotiate and finalize commercial partnership agreements
- To develop co-marketing and co-development initiatives
- Represent the fund at industry events and B2B meetings
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis
- Develop KPIs to monitor and predict activity volumes
- Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Maintaining an up-to-date CRM database with contacts and activities
- Produce regular reports on account status and opportunities
- Strategic monitoring and innovation
- Conduct continuous monitoring of market trends and competition
- Identify new market segments and sector opportunities
- Participate in defining the overall business strategy
- Contribute to the development of new solutions and services
Formation ef Exp rience
- Minimum university degree: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, business development or management
- 3-5 years of experience in sales development, business development or partnership management
- Experience in the startup ecosystem, fintech or innovative sectors is appreciated.
Comp tences Techniques
- Fluency in Arabic and French (reading, writing, speaking) - English highly valued
- Proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of negotiation and business development techniques
- Skills in market analysis and competitive intelligence
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum university degree: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, business development or management
- 3-5 years of experience in sales development, business development or partnership management
- Experience in the startup ecosystem, fintech or innovative sectors is appreciated.
