Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow the company’s heavy equipment spare parts division (engine parts, filters, hydraulics, electricals, etc.).
  • Identify and qualify UCP as a supplier with large corporate clients such as construction companies, cement plants, municipalities, and major contractors.
  • Manage and optimize registrations on supplier portals (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle, and other client procurement systems).
  • Establish strong B2B relationships with purchasing departments and fleet managers.
  • Generate sales opportunities, achieve measurable revenue targets, and expand the client base.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on competitors, demand, and pricing trends.
  • Work hand-in-hand with management as a strategic partner, not just an employee.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong background in B2B sales of heavy equipment spare parts (engine components, filters, hydraulics, electrical parts, etc.).
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience selling to major corporates (construction firms, cement plants, logistics, government projects).
  • Existing client network and the ability to generate business opportunities immediately.
  • Knowledge of supplier qualification and procurement systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle, etc.).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to work in a partnership model.
  • Immediate availability to join and grow with us.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
