Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to support business growth
  • Initiate and lead discussions with potential partners and onboard new collaborations
  • Negotiate commercial terms and support structuring partnership agreements
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned partners as the main point of contact
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to execute partnership initiatives
  • Track and analyze partnership performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Optimize partnerships to maximize revenue, customer acquisition, and long-term value
  • Prepare reports and updates on partnership performance and pipeline

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field

  • 1 2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or account management
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities
  • Commercial mindset with understanding of revenue models and contract structures
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
  • Analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics and generate reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and align internal stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
