Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to support business growth
- Initiate and lead discussions with potential partners and onboard new collaborations
- Negotiate commercial terms and support structuring partnership agreements
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned partners as the main point of contact
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to execute partnership initiatives
- Track and analyze partnership performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Optimize partnerships to maximize revenue, customer acquisition, and long-term value
- Prepare reports and updates on partnership performance and pipeline
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- 1 2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or account management
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities
- Commercial mindset with understanding of revenue models and contract structures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
- Analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics and generate reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally and align internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
