Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Identify high-impact growth opportunities and develop regional expansion strategies.
- Represent Casita at regional events, fairs, and meetings, acting as a trusted partner and advocate.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, relationship management, content, and marketing) to align on lead generation and regional campaign strategies.
- Monitor market trends, partnership performance, and competitor activity to ensure Casita stays ahead.
- Deliver quarterly reports with performance insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with the Head of Operations MENA to align goals and execute key initiatives.
- Support the booking process for students referred by your partners when required, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience in collaboration with internal teams.
- Based in Egypt (Cairo preferred) with flexibility to travel regionally when required.
- 2+ years of experience in student recruitment, partnerships, or business development within international education or student housing, preferably in senior roles.
- A strong regional understanding of the MENA market, with additional experience or knowledge of the Pakistan and Turkey markets.
- Proven track record of building relationships and closing B2B partnerships.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
