Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email

- Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment of stock

- Work closely with the service department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts

- Process customer orders and payments in a timely and efficient manner

- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner

- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive parts and trends to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations

- Maintain a clean and organized parts department to ensure a professional and efficient work environment

- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets

- Adhere to all safety and company policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in the automotive industry, specifically in parts sales or service, is preferred

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Knowledge of automotive parts and components is an asset.
