Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers/technicians, identify their parts needs, and provide accurate advice using EPC and DMS systems.
- Prepare parts estimates, quotations, and delivery orders while ensuring accurate invoicing and documentation.
- Advise customers on product use, care, and warranty or return policies.
- Manage parts availability, orders, and returns while maintaining proper inventory control.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for non-available or VOR (Vehicle Off Road) parts.
- Monitor sales performance against budget and support accessories display and promotion activities.
- Ensure all parts movements, records, and documentation comply with company procedures and audit standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or Degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computerized warehouse/inventory systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented, organized, and detail-driven professional.
