Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handling the responsibility of CAT parts ordering for all Mantrac business units
  • Caterpillar parts sales ordering and invoicing for all business units
  • Coordination all parts issue with Caterpillar supply facilities in GRM/MEDC/JDC
  • Daily check order validation process applying our policy/parameters
  • Daily inquires (status/uplift/escalate) with both suppliers /BUs
  • Following up lead time to increase parts availability and reduce WC/ inventories

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor of Business administration -English section or a related experience
  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in supply chain or ordering process
  • Able to communicate with varying people levels/cultures
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capable to work with a team
  • Very good knowledge in MOS (Excel)
