Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and audit parts operations across branches to ensure compliance with internal processes, dealer standards, and OEM guidelines.

  • Review and validate all parts documentation, including GRNs, issue notes, returns, claims, and system entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Support branches in resolving operational challenges, stock discrepancies, system errors, and parts-related workflow issues.

  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly parts KPIs (e.g., fill rate, stock accuracy, inventory turnover) and recommend improvement actions.

  • Review the parts ordering processes to ensure proper demand planning, stock levels, and alignment with consumption trends.

  • Conduct regular audits on warehouse operations, including storage conditions, binning accuracy, FIFO implementation, and safety guidelines.

  • Coordinate with central procurement and logistics teams to enhance parts availability and optimize stock replenishment cycles.

  • Support the training and upskilling of parts teams, ensuring proper understanding of systems, processes, and documentation requirements.

  • Identify gaps in current processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

  • Assist in implementing new systems, tools, or process changes and ensure proper cascading across all branches.
