Parts Process Specialist

Monitor and audit parts operations across branches to ensure compliance with internal processes, dealer standards, and OEM guidelines.

Review and validate all parts documentation, including GRNs, issue notes, returns, claims, and system entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Support branches in resolving operational challenges, stock discrepancies, system errors, and parts-related workflow issues.

Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly parts KPIs (e.g., fill rate, stock accuracy, inventory turnover) and recommend improvement actions.

Review the parts ordering processes to ensure proper demand planning, stock levels, and alignment with consumption trends.

Conduct regular audits on warehouse operations, including storage conditions, binning accuracy, FIFO implementation, and safety guidelines.

Coordinate with central procurement and logistics teams to enhance parts availability and optimize stock replenishment cycles.

Support the training and upskilling of parts teams, ensuring proper understanding of systems, processes, and documentation requirements.

Identify gaps in current processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

Assist in implementing new systems, tools, or process changes and ensure proper cascading across all branches.
