Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote parts and service solutions.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts, service packages, and maintenance solutions for heavy equipment.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and services, addressing any issues promptly.
Conduct regular site visits to assess equipment condition and provide expert advice on preventive maintenance.
Achieve sales targets for parts and service contracts through proactive account management and lead generation.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and service agreements in CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures in all sales and service activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years of experience in parts and service sales, preferably within the heavy equipment or construction machinery sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
Strong technical knowledge of construction equipment, power systems, and related components.
Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Must own a car.
