Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Protective stock analysis, PMs and Major/Minor repairs.
  • Preparation of recommended spare parts lists across all BUs.
  • Technical problems solving & provision of alternative solutions.
  • Handle technical inquiries on different CAT brands and non-CAT multi-brands.
  • Handle technical inquiries on various sources of supplies.
  • Prepare quotations for Package Deals/Push packages & following on their order deliveries.
  • Assist on some major customers parts orders.
  • Monitor and communicate any parts issues in supplier service letters and magazines.
  • Buildup/update the technical library.
  • Follow up on Machines & Power System new deliveries through GIT sales reports.
  • NPI/NMI readiness program for supporting/serving newly launched products.
  • Build PM list for CSA contracts and standard jobs deployment.
  • Work with Service Solutions interface for uploading parts, labor and oil capacities lists.
  • Execute any other parts related duties when assigned.
  • Reman process and worn cores shipments handling.
  • Parts Returns and Internal Territory Transfers analysis and items selection measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree of Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering
  • Min. 2 years of experience in engineering companies
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Excellent Presentation & Communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint & PDF)
  • Fluent English (both written & spoken)
